**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Engaging Training Sessions**:

- Plan and deliver effective medical coding training sessions to students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of medical coding concepts.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with curriculum development teams to create and update medical coding course content.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes to ensure the curriculum aligns with current coding practices.
- **Individualized Coaching**:

- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to students, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges.
- Offer constructive feedback to help students improve their coding skills.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate students' comprehension and proficiency in medical coding.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.
- **Stay Informed**:

- Stay current with industry updates, changes in coding regulations, and advancements in healthcare technology.
- Incorporate relevant real-world examples into the curriculum to enhance practical understanding.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and industry professionals to enhance the overall quality of the medical coding program.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in medical coding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
