Responsibilities:

- Transcribing dictated recordings from healthcare professionals into written documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Proofreading and editing transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and medical terminology errors.
- Researching and verifying unfamiliar medical terms, acronyms, and drug names to maintain accuracy.
- Adhering to established formatting guidelines and style preferences for medical documents.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations regarding the handling of sensitive medical information.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to clarify unclear dictations or obtain missing information.
- Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Updating and maintaining patient records and medical databases with transcribed information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
