**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities and satisfy them.
- Develop comprehensive strategies that align with the podcast’s goals and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of talented individuals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Clients must be treated next to god.
- Coordinate guest interactions and engagements, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations and reports to clients and senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Post Graduation in Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, strategic planning, and team management within the high-end sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Other Details**:

- Working days/ timings - Mon-Friday (10:00-7:00) & Alternate Saturdays
- Work from the Office. The office is in Goregaon East. Near Railway Station
- Experience required - 6 to 7 years
- Salary Bracket - As per industry standard
- Immediate Joining preferred
