**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum to meet the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of preschool-aged children.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a sense of belonging and encourages exploration, creativity, and independent learning.
- Provide nurturing care and support to children, including diapering, feeding, and attending to their basic needs with kindness and patience.
- Foster positive relationships with children and families, building trust and open communication to support children's overall development and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement lesson plans, thematic units, and educational activities that promote learning across multiple domains.
- Use observation, assessment, and documentation to track children's progress and development, and communicate with parents about their child's achievements and areas for growth.
- Incorporate play-based learning experiences, sensory activities, and outdoor exploration into the daily routine to enhance children's learning and development.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and engage in ongoing reflection and self-assessment to improve teaching practices and support continuous quality improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field. Associate's degree or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential may be accepted with relevant experience.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles, early childhood education theories, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact positively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment that promotes exploration, curiosity, and creativity.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
