**Reports To**: Head of Early Childhood Education / Principal
- **Job Summary**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and school administration.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning through play-based and structured activities.
- Use a variety of instructional materials and resources to enrich learning.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians through meetings, progress reports, and informal conversations.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Ensure classroom cleanliness and adhere to school health and safety protocols.
- **Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification (if applicable in your region).
- Prior experience working with pre-primary age children is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- **Desirable Skills**:

- Familiarity with early childhood curricula such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based learning models.
- Basic understanding of child psychology and development stages.
- Ability to integrate music, art, and storytelling into lessons.
- Classroom management skills tailored to young learners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,901.62 per month
