Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Department: Maintenance

Reports to: Office Manager/Director

Experience Required: 3-5 years in landscape or garden maintenance

Job Role Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily Maintenance and landscaping activities at client sites. They manage a team of gardeners, ensure proper plant care and maintenance, and help implement garden designs and planting plans provided by the consulting team. The role requires both technical horticultural knowledge and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate Maintenance staff at residential, commercial, or institutional project sites.
- Implement landscape maintenance schedules, including watering, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Ensure timely planting, transplanting, and seasonal plant care as per site requirements.
- Maintain tools, irrigation systems, compost units, and overall cleanliness of the garden area.
- Monitor plant health and report issues to the horticulturist or project lead.
- Train and guide gardeners on proper techniques and safe work practices.
- Maintain records of site activities, staff attendance, and materials used.
- Communicate with clients during site visits to address concerns and provide updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma or Certificate in Horticulture, Agriculture, Mali work or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plants, soil types, fertilizers, and garden tools.
- Experience managing landscaping or Maintenance teams.
- Ability to read basic site layouts and planting plans.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Basic communication skills in English and fluency in local language e.g., Gujarati
- Two wheeler is must and Willingness to travel between sites if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with organic Maintenance practices and sustainable landscaping methods.
- Experience working in a landscaping company or real estate/hospitality project.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
