**Job Title**: JCB Driver

**Location**: Various project sites across Gujarat
**Department**: Project Execution / Site Operations
**Reporting To**: Site Supervisor / Project Engineer

**Job Purpose**:
To operate JCB machinery safely and efficiently to carry out excavation, loading, levelling, and related earthwork activities at construction sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate JCB (Backhoe Loader) for site excavation, material loading, and levelling tasks.
- Perform daily pre-operational checks on the JCB machine (oil, water, brakes, hydraulic systems).
- Ensure proper positioning and safe movement of machinery within site boundaries.
- Coordinate with site engineer/supervisor for task planning and execution.
- Follow safety protocols while operating near workers or structures.
- Maintain machine logbook, fuel usage, and report faults or servicing needs to maintenance team.
- Assist in minor repairs or adjustments if required.
- Ensure JCB is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
- Follow all traffic and site safety regulations strictly.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: 8th or 10th pass (preferred, not mandatory).
- **License**: Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License with JCB endorsement.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of experience as JCB operator in construction industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in operating JCB backhoe loaders.
- Good understanding of machine handling, safety, and basic maintenance.
- Ability to follow instructions and read basic site layouts.
- Physically fit and alert.

**Work Conditions**:

- Job is site-based and may require travel to different project locations within Gujarat.
- Working hours may include extended shifts depending on project needs.

**Compensation**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
