**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Teaching ICT Subjects**:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in ICT, ensuring that the curriculum aligns with school or educational standards.
- Teach students of various age groups, from basic computer literacy to more advanced concepts such as coding, web design, data management, and digital media.
- Provide practical hands-on experience with computer software, hardware, and online platforms.
- Teach concepts such as cybersecurity, digital literacy, and ethical use of technology.
- **Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development**:
- Develop and organize lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
- Tailor the curriculum to meet the specific needs of students and ensure it stays up-to-date with technological advancements.
- Integrate technology into lessons effectively to enhance the learning experience.
- **Classroom Management**:
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure that students follow safety guidelines when using technology.
- Monitor student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:
- Develop and administer tests, quizzes, and practical assignments to evaluate students' understanding of ICT concepts.
- Provide feedback on student performance, highlighting areas of improvement and offering support where necessary.
- Use assessment results to modify teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- **Student Support**:
- Offer additional help and tutoring to students who need extra support with coursework or technology-related challenges.
- Encourage students to use technology creatively, helping them with projects, presentations, and other assignments.
- Motivate students to develop problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and creativity through technology.
- **Professional Development**:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and developments in ICT and education technology.
- Attend professional development workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, such as coding clubs, tech fairs, or school-wide tech events.
- Foster student interest in technology through after-school programs or clubs.
- **Technology Integration**:
- Assist fellow teachers in utilizing technology effectively in their classrooms.
- **Maintaining Equipment and Resources**:
- Ensure that ICT equipment (computers, projectors, etc.) is functioning properly.
- Coordinate with the IT department to maintain and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
- Create and manage a repository of digital learning resources for students and staff.
- **Digital Citizenship and Safety**:
- Educate students about safe and responsible use of the internet and digital tools.
- Teach students about issues such as online privacy, cyberbullying, and responsible social media usage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
