Operate tower crane controls to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment according to project specifications.
- Inspect crane machinery and equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions or defects to the supervisor.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, load charts, and other technical documents to determine the appropriate crane setup and lifting procedures.
- Communicate with ground crew and other personnel to coordinate lifting activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the crane, such as lubricating moving parts, inspecting cables and hooks, and replacing worn or damaged components.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety meetings and training sessions.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operations as necessary to ensure safe working conditions.
- Keep accurate records of crane operations, including lift logs, maintenance reports, and inspection records.
- Assist in rigging and securing loads as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices, to ensure efficient and safe crane operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tower crane operator, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Valid certification or license to operate tower cranes.
- Strong understanding of crane operations, including load charts, rigging techniques, and safety procedures.
- Location: Pune ( Localities preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
