We are looking for Account executive with 3-4 years experience and preferred immediate joiners
- Hands-on experience with auditing, journal entry, sales cycle and goal-setting.
- Exposure to accounting processes, client servicing, etc.
- Learning how to organize, multitask and manage time.
- Learn on the job regarding the best practices in accounting.
- Exposure to the field of accounting and its various responsibilities.

Below are the Skills Require
- IT assets component /Software Purchase Experience
- Knowledge of IT Hardware assets & component s
- Vendor Management Process
- Should be from Pune Based since 2-3 years & nearby 10 KM radius
- Accounting, Billing, Talley operation, Payment follow up, Data Preparation for Audit purpose
- GST / GST R1 / GST 3B / TDS Process awareness
- Salary Processing & calculation part with PF ESIC PT deduction knowledge
- Various Report Generation like Payment outstanding, billing, Margin sheet etc.
- Good Experience on Excel like formulas, V-Look up, H -lookup Advance Excel.
- Payments Outstanding record maintenance & Follow up for Payments.
- Petty cash maintenance, Cross checking expense vouchers.
- Escalation mechanism wherever payment issues.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Have good understanding of GST filing, return filing, tax filing.
- Preparing invoices, e-way bills
- follow up with billings
- Prepare outstanding list and take followup with client or sales team.
- Excellent communication is must
- Coordinating internal tasks related to accounts to ensure clients receive products and services
- Good command on excel

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Account Executive

2. Bachelor in commerce degree/ masters in commerce preferred

3. Good Communication

4. Organizational and time-management skills. Enthusiastic and passionate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
