**Position**:Process Associate

**Skills**: Accounts Receivable, invoicing

**Process**: Semi Voice - Outbound Calling (Excellent communication skills required)

**Shifts**: 6 PM to 3 AM

**Experience**:1 to 3 Yrs

**Notice Period**: Immediate

**Mode of work**: Work from the office for an initial 3 months and post that work from home.

**Job Details**:

- Manage **accounts receivable, invoicing.**:

- **Should have experience into Outbound calling / into BPO Voice Process.**:

- **Must be flexible in working for night shift timings.**:

- Contact vendors for getting the required documents Via call.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitoring accounts receivable mailbox.
- Demonstrates proactive enthusiasm for solving problems and adding value to the company.
- Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when managing **accounting figures and financial records.**:

- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.
- Good in Excel skill.
- Daily report preparation
- Experience in voice / semi voice process
- Customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bangalore, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:
