**Job Description: Sales and Marketing Executive**

**Position Title**: Sales and Marketing Executive
**Location**: VKIA- Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Management**:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop sales presentations and proposals to convert leads into clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure achievement of goals.
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content for various platforms (digital, print, etc.).
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- **Brand Awareness & Promotion**:

- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer database and CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research to identify new trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activity.
- Analyze sales data to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Assist in the pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize sales.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time position.
- Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
