**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Entry**: Accurately input data from various sources into our database system.

2. **Data Verification**: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries by comparing source documents with entered information.

3. **Data Cleanup**: Identify and rectify any data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.

4. **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of data entered, ensuring data security and confidentiality.

5. **Quality Control**: Perform regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in our database.

6. **Reporting**: Generate and prepare reports as requested by management, utilizing the database and other software tools.

7. **File Management**: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents when needed.

8. **Administrative Support**: Provide assistance with general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and answering phone calls.

9. **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and department heads to ensure data entry needs are met efficiently.

**Salary**: ₹9,866.44 - ₹14,017.85 per month
