**Roles & Responsibilities-**

Data Sourcing.

Sourcing Accurate contact Details from online Sources Like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google Search and

from offline Networks of the decision maker of security agencies, facility management Company

Real estate Developers &Architects firms. Maintaining the Database on the internal templates of the

organization.

Cold Calling.

Sales Meeting

Preparing for meeting via structured research about target client. Understand our product Drawing

management, security Management, patrolling, visitors management, Access Management, parking

Management, Building Management. Having effective sales meetings in order to: Understand our

product requirement of the client

Position UBICOS as the best choice for the client Generate our requirements from the client

Sales proposals

**Salary**: ₹9,516.46 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
