**Job description**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior General Manager to oversee and drive the sales operations of our team. The GM will play a pivotal role in leading the sales department, building relationships with key clients, and achieving business targets. This is a leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, strong sales experience, and the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- **Team Leadership & Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing training, support, and guidance to enhance performance.
- Develop and manage the sales team’s KPIs, ensuring individual and team targets are met consistently.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide personalized customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- **Sales Process Optimization**:

- Streamline and enhance sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement CRM tools and systems to track leads, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are completed in accordance with company policies.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management, providing insights on team progress and business opportunities.
- Review and analyze market conditions to adjust strategies as required.
- **Incentive and Profit Share Management**:

- Ensure the team is motivated through performance-driven incentives and profit-sharing schemes.
- Develop transparent and attractive incentive programs that align with company objectives and encourage sales growth.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Accounting.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and growing team
- Good communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹453,256.01 - ₹1,968,726.66 per year
