**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver training sessions in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.) in school environments
- Conduct sessions on **basic coding (Python, Scratch, QBasic, etc.)** and **digital productivity tools**:

- Manage smart classroom infrastructure, including projectors, tablets, and digital whiteboards
- Create lesson plans and training content aligned with school curriculums and NEP 2020 goals
- Provide hands-on project support for students in multimedia, IOT, or basic programming assignments
- Maintain attendance records, training logs, and session feedback forms
- Coordinate with school administration for scheduling and reporting
- Facilitate student assessments and creative showcases (digital portfolios, video projects, etc.)

**Must-Have Skills**
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Working knowledge of **Python** and/or **block-based coding platforms** (Scratch, KTurtle, etc.)
- Strong classroom delivery skills and ability to teach Grades 6-12
- Familiarity with tools like **MS Office**, **Google Suite**, **LibreOffice**, and **YouTube Creator Studio**:

- Basic knowledge of **hardware & network troubleshooting**:

- Experience in **video editing**, **content publishing**, and **digital pedagogy**

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or Multimedia
- Diploma or certifications in **software testing**, **hardware networking**, or **multimedia design**:

- Experience in K-12 or vocational education ecosystem
- Prior experience with **Vedantu**, **NIIT**, **Aptech**, or school-based programs preferred

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to explain technical concepts to young learners
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to school environments
- Organized and self-driven with a passion for teaching

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,278.68 - ₹49,115.85 per month
