**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured and engaging Chemistry lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- **Instructional Strategies**: Employ a variety of teaching methodologies, including lectures, discussions, experiments, demonstrations, and technology integration, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- **Practical Skills**: Conduct and supervise laboratory sessions, ensuring students develop strong practical skills and a thorough understanding of chemical concepts through experimentation.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer formative and summative assessments, including tests, assignments, and projects, to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- **Remedial Support**: Identify students requiring additional support and implement appropriate strategies to address their learning needs.
- **Student Guidance**: Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their interest in Chemistry and supporting their academic goals.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with other teachers, the school administration, and parents to ensure the holistic development of students.
- **Professional Development**: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Chemistry education and actively participate in professional development opportunities.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment that promotes student engagement and respect.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Participate in and contribute to school events, competitions, and extracurricular activities related to science.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience as a PGT in Chemistry, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns for senior secondary Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
