**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Ensure effective delivery of the syllabus within the stipulated time frame.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to enhance students' understanding and engagement.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Conduct regular assessments, including tests, quizzes, and assignments, to monitor student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding their academic performance.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive entrance tests.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Foster a culture of learning and respect among students.
- Address student queries and concerns effectively.
- **Laboratory Management**:

- Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations in the chemistry laboratory.
- Ensure the safe handling of laboratory equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of chemistry and educational practices.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance teaching skills.

- **Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and address parental concerns.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Post Graduate degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and examination pattern.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
