Working days: Monday to Saturday

Work Timings: 9.30am to 6.30pm

**Job description**

As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you are assigned with the social media handling of the clients. You have to find new ways to propel social media growth and execute budget-friendly but effective social media campaigns.

**Job Profile**:
Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:

- Complete Social Media Management for a brand; Ranging from strategy, plans, execution, and monitoring the results.
- Must be proficient in English and should have the flavor of writing daily postings on Social Channels.
- Must have a go-getter attitude and should be aware of various social media trends.
- Curating relevant content to reach the target audience.
- Monitoring, listening, and responding to users socially while cultivating leads.
- Conducting online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
- Developing and expanding community and blogger outreach initiatives.
- Overseeing design (i.e.: Facebook Timeline covers, profile images, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profiles, and blogs).
- Measure and monitor social activity
- find out what works, tweak, and improve communications, tactics, and campaigns.
- Respond and react to changes within social networks.
- Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media for viral marketing
- Organic Marketing and Paid Ads on social media platforms.

**Desired Skills Experience**
- A degree in mass communication, advertising, or marketing is preferred.
- Sound understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and ideate suitable solutions.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.

**Salary**: Negotiable as per industry standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
