**Hiring for Compliance Executive in Portfolio Management Services industry**

**Job Title - Compliance Executive**

**Location - Satellite Road Ahmedabad**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and guidelines applicable to PMS.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary filings and reports to regulatory authorities including SEBI, ROC, APMI etc.

2. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update all compliance-related documentation, including policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.

3. **Internal Policies**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on compliance-related matters.

4. **Monitoring and Auditing**:

- Assist in Internal Audit and Statutory Audit.
- Perform regular compliance audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor transactions and activities to detect any compliance breaches.

5. **Client Interaction**:

- Address compliance-related queries from clients and stakeholders.
- Support the handling of client complaints and grievances related to compliance issues.

6. **Research and Analysis**:

- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct research on compliance best practices and suggest improvements.

7. **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
