**Responsibilities**:

- **Quantity Measurement and Estimation**:

- Accurately measure and quantify materials required for construction projects.
- Conduct detailed cost estimations for projects, considering all relevant factors.
- Analyze and interpret project plans and specifications to create comprehensive quantity surveys.
- **Tendering**:

- Prepare and manage tender documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to assess and negotiate supplier and subcontractor bids.
- Evaluate tender submissions, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
- **Cost Control**:

- Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction phase.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on cost variations and potential impacts on the overall project budget.
- **Billing and Invoicing**:

- Generate accurate and timely progress billing for clients.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- **Contract Management**:

- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Manage contractual relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent in the related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry specialized in high-rise structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
