**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- #To MONITOR & CONTROL WARRANTY INDEX (RPH & Cost per tractor) thru daily follow-up and feedback (Hands on experience in SAP & Warranty claims handling).
- #To have excellent Data Analytical skills equivalent (Six Sigma Green Belt certification added advantage) & strong expertise in MS Excel with hands-on experience on Formula's & macro building, Graphs and good command over Minitab software.
- # In depth Knowledge & Inspection of Warranty part, Failure analysis of Hydraulics & Transmission aggregate related components. Knowledge of Functional system of Tractor. Good part level knowledge of Engine & other Tractor parts.
- # Keen to learn & deploy new generation analysis tools like Power BI, use of Minitab & Reliablity module for Life calculations.
- # Analysis warranty data and update the status on each failed part. If the new concern reported and Post modified case reported, then re-open concern, Prepare warranty failed part data and the failure trend.
- # Co-ordination with different departments and suppliers for field failure and customer complaints analysis, corrective action & projects planning.
- # Familiar with drawing study, Inspection techniques and Inspection tools.

Should have knowledge about ISO /TS systems
- Should have knowledge about PPAP ,Kaizens, Pokeyoke & 5S
- KNOWLEDGE OF SPC, QC TOOLS
- Problem solving & data analytical skills ; Application of advanced QC Tools ; Inspection & Auditing skills ; Part level knowledge.
