**Job Description: Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Bhavanipuram, Vijayawada

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Call Handling & Coordination**:

- Receive and manage all incoming calls from clients, partners, and prospective customers.
- Filter calls and forward them to the appropriate **sales department** or personnel based on the inquiry or customer need.
- Ensure timely and efficient call redirection, maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team by providing them with accurate information gathered from customer inquiries.
- Maintain a detailed log of all calls received and transferred, ensuring that follow-up actions are taken promptly.
- **Marketing & Communication**:

- Support the marketing department in implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns related to production and manufacturing.
- Assist in maintaining and updating client contact databases.
- Help gather feedback from customers to improve marketing strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Respond to inquiries from potential and existing clients about products and services.
- Forward client requests or issues to the relevant department, ensuring follow-up and resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:
Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing**, **Business Administration**, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
At least **1 year of experience** in a **production and manufacturing environment**, particularly in a marketing or sales support role within the **FMCG** sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Knowledge**:
Understanding of FMCG product lines and familiarity with the manufacturing processes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a **customer-facing role**, particularly in marketing or sales support.
- Ability to work independently while supporting the larger sales and marketing teams.
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.

**Additional Information**:

- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Timings**: 9 AM to 7 PM
- **Location**: Bhavanipuram, Vijayawada
- **Fieldwork**: No fieldwork required; this is an office-based role.

Pay: ₹18,096.79 - ₹34,928.10 per month
