Setting up machines: Program & Setups CNC turn-mill 3 axis,4 axis or 5Axis machines to perform various jobs

Ensuring quality: Oversee the shop to ensure daily production meets quality standards

Training: Train new operators and mentor trainees

Maintaining machines: Perform basic maintenance on machines, including oil and coolant level checks

Following instructions: Follow work orders, blueprints, and standard instructions

Communicating: Communicate logistics issues that arise during the process

Recording: Record all machine actions in production and quality logs

Understanding drawings: Understand mechanical documents and engineering drawings

Maintaining safety: Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety procedure

Hands on Experience Mazak Integrex 5 Axis or turnmill 3axis, 4 axis

Aerospace or defence manufacturing components experience will be preferred first
