Vmc Setter

Job Title: FANUC VMC Setter/Programmer
*Job Summary*

*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Set and program FANUC VMCs*: Create and edit programs, set tool offsets, and ensure accurate machine setup.
2. *Operate and monitor machines*: Run production cycles, monitor machine performance, and troubleshoot issues.
3. *Inspect and measure parts*: Verify part quality, measure dimensions, and make adjustments as needed.
4. *Maintain machine and tooling*: Perform routine maintenance, clean, and lubricate machines, and manage tool inventory.
5. *Collaborate with team members*: Work with engineers, quality control, and production staff to ensure efficient production and resolve technical issues.

*Requirements*
1. *Experience*: 2+ years of experience as a FANUC VMC Setter/Programmer or similar role.
2. *Technical skills*: Proficient in FANUC VMC programming, setup, and operation. Knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC machining principles.
3. *Education*: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a related field.
4. *Certifications*: FANUC certification or equivalent preferred.
5. *Soft skills*: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

*Working Conditions*
1. *Work environment*: Manufacturing facility with CNC machines and related equipment.
2. *Physical demands*: Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 kg), and manual dexterity required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
