Vivanda Gourmet is looking for a proactive Sales Co-ordinator to support our HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) sales team for Eleftheria Cheese. Your role will involve assisting with processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery to our clients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in processing HoReCa orders and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, etc.) to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
- Track deliveries and address any issues that arise to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks and customer communications.
- Gain a deep understanding of the gourmet cheese business to better support sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts & Sciences is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
