**Reception / Fort Desk**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist visitors with inquiries and provide general information. Notify employees of visitor arrivals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel. Take messages and relay important information to the relevant parties. Handle inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate department.
- Provide basic information to callers about the company and its services. Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure visitors sign in and issue visitor badges.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist in maintaining employee contact lists.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs and phone call logs.
- Provide support to HR departments as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Having a minimum 3 years of experience
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures.
- Knowledge of EPBX system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
