**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional service to our US-based clients and customers, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate product or service information and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in international customer service, preferably in a US process.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to work night shifts (US hours).
- Ability to commute to the onsite location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,724.33 - ₹30,590.48 per month
