**WORK FROM OFFICE - Thane Location**

✡Experience - HSC/Graduates with at least 1 year of GDS & PNR knowledge customer service experience would do

✡ Excellent communication required

Rounds of interview
- HR, Amcat, Writex test, ops

✡ Writex needs to be completed before ops round with a score of 65 or above/B2

Shifts - 24*7 rotational

Week off - 2 rotational week offs

Communication skills level - STRICTLY Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 (no compromise on quality of comms)

Salary
- up to 42k in hand, depending on last drawn
