**Draftsman**
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Creating technical drawings from architect’s sketches and specifications.
- Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate building codes, measurements, calculations and other construction details.
- Entering CAD data into building information modelling (BIM) systems to create 3D models and renderings.
- Coordinating with the site supervisor and project manager well so that they can provide their drawings on time without any delay.
- Maintaining all the data properly in respected folders along with preparing charts, drawings and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
