We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our dynamic architectural team. As a Draftsman at [Company Name], you will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and plans that will aid in the design, planning, and construction of architectural projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and proficiency in CAD software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts based on sketches and concepts provided by architects and designers.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy in technical drawings.
- Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create precise and accurate drawings for building structures, elevations, sections, and other architectural elements.
- Assist in producing 3D models and renderings as needed for presentations and client meetings.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes from clients or project teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all drawings and designs.
- Maintain an organized system of design files and ensure all drawings are up to date and properly stored.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for improving designs and resolving technical issues.
- Prepare and assist in the documentation required for permit submissions and construction approvals.
- Review and ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and properly scaled.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards, building codes, and construction processes.
- Knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software and other design tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building codes.

**Work Environment**:

- Office setting, with occasional site visits as required.
- Flexible work hours depending on project deadlines and workload.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,363.70 - ₹32,744.03 per month
