We are looking for a **FEMALE Counselor / Tele caller** for Immigration with excellent Communication Skills for our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phone calls: Answering and forwarding phone calls, and taking messages.
- Maintaining records of all registered students, including their visa status, etc.
- Making fresh calls, conducting follow-ups, and providing feedback on the provided database.
- Counseling prospects and converting inquiries into admissions.
- Experience in Student Visa processing is required.
- Providing counseling and basic information to students over the phone regarding suitable programs.

**Skills**:

- Time management: Prioritizing tasks and completing projects on time.
- Computer skills: Basic understanding of computer programs like Microsoft Office, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
