**Job Title**: Tele Caller cum Counselor

**Job Description: Tele Caller cum Counselor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students on various programs offered by ICFAI University.
- Provide information to students and parents about available courses.
- Clarify doubts of students and parents regarding the courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Call leads, provide information about programs offered by ICFAI University, and generate walk-ins.
- Manage fee structure details for various programs.
- Generate references from existing students.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Possess excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Actively take initiative and work towards achieving targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Proactive and capable of taking initiatives.
- Target-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Maximum age limit: 35 years.

**Note**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
