Post : SOCIAL COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE

Gender : Male / Female

Qualification : Any Graduate / Diploma/Degree in HR / IR / Labour law / SA8000 certified, etc.

Experience : 2 - 5 years of experience in either Social compliance/Audits or HR/ADMIN.

*GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Social Audit: Follow-up with the supplier for on time renewal.

**Supply Chain Transparency**:
2. Follow-up and support supplier to update supplier chain portal (once in a year)

**Sustainability**:
3. **HIGG-Fem**(Global Portal) Follow-up and support factories to complete the registration, completion of self-assessment and Verification (as per the given deadline).

4. **BEPI - **(Global Portal) Follow-up and support factories to complete the registration, completion of self-assessment and Verification (as per the given deadline).

5. **BHIVE (Chemical Inventory Portal)**- follow-up and support to suppliers to update in the given time frame (every quarter).

6. **Coordination** - Project called “Social Awareness and Voluntary Education” for nominated MILLS.

7. **GRS** - 100% Recycled Material Polybags - Follow-up with the factories and update Internal database (quarterly)

CR (Corporate Responsibility)

8. Energy, Paper Less, Water, Waste and 4R, Community Collaboration and Volunteering hours.

9. Empowerment Program - Training under process

10. ALL software supports to the factories - VP, HIGG, BEPI, Amfori and Behive (provide training for the same).

Working days and timings : Monday to Friday (9.30 am to 6.30 pm) - Sat/Sun off.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
