Educational Qualifications B.E. or other equivalent qualification Experience - 10+ years - Must have experience in Security Operations in BFSI segment or medium/large organization Certification Recommended - CISSP, CCNP - Security, ITIL, CCSA, PCNSA Key Skills/ Roles & Responsibilities - Plan, design, build and implement network and security infrastructure based on business requirement. - Hands-on experience on one or more Security Technologies (Firewall, IPS/IDS, Proxy, Web Security, Mail Security, DNS, AAA, WAF, Two Factor Authentication, Cloud security, DDoS, Micro segmentation, FIM, PIM, Firewall Analyzer, Database Encryption, Microsoft O365 Security Solutions, DLP etc.) - Review the network security architecture - Manage Day to Day Security Operations (Daily checklist, monitoring of devices for availability/performance, user access management, troubleshooting & resolving user issues, managing user queries, signature updates, configuration backup) & validating reports - Drive escalated issues or major outage single-handedly. - Tracking and escalating issues with Vendors/Service Providers/ OEM. - Identify, respond, troubleshoot, remediate issues in timely manner and carry out root cause analysis - Ensure that all security controls are implemented as per security guidelines/best practices - Preparation various reports - Incident, Capacity & other on weekly/ monthly basis. - Preparation & Review of SOP for various security solutions. - Managing Audit & Compliance. Co-ordinate with different stakeholders to get audit observations closed related to IT security. - Knowledge of ITIL processes - Conduct periodic MIS/ Review meetings with vendors/ OEM to track status of operational and implementation activities. - Design Request for proposal (RFP) for various security solution. - Conducting acceptance testing of critical Security products Confidential - Accountable for Budgeting activities/ AMC Renewals/ Contract Renewals/ License Renewals of security solutions. - Must be able to manage & guide the team. - Good communication and presentation skills - Ability to learn new Security engineering tools and mitigate the risks with the help of those tools - Managing the Vendors, assigning the tasks & closure of same - Evaluate security operations effectiveness and create a plan to increase maturity. - OEM Technology Skill Set - Firewall
