Must-Have**

- Manage and maintain the Magnolia CMS platform to ensure smooth operation and updates with the experience to develop and customize Magnolia templates, components, and modules to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, resolve CMS-related issues and integrate Magnolia CMS with third-party systems and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics).
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Magnolia CMS best practices.
- Stay updated with Magnolia CMS latest features and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Good-to-Have

- Work on performance optimization and security enhancements within the CMS.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) - preferred but not mandatory
