**Accounting Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely monthly financial book closing.
- Accurately record transactions in the proper General Ledger (GL) head.
- Maintain proper documentation for each transaction.
- Compute and maintain schedules for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other necessary expenses.
- Manage revenue accounting and reconcile with GST and books.
- Conduct related party/intercompany accounting and reconciliation.
- Ensure monthly reconciliation for each entity, matching respective books.
- Report financials in accordance with accounting standards.

**Budgeting Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with the CFO on quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, operating plan variance, and special projects.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variance.
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Prepare and update 5- and 10-year plans, tracking related changes throughout the year.
- Develop and implement financial policies and processes in compliance with accounting standards.
- Implement automation in the Accounting and Finance departments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare variance analysis and initiate cost-saving measures.
- Prepare reports on product, department, and cost center-level costing.

**FP&A Responsibilities**
- Audit the reasonableness and completeness of statutory reports.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control systems.
- Identify critical cost areas with different business units.
- Improve internal control systems.
- Liaise with business units to provide insights into performance and efficiency, facilitating achievement of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Promote understanding of business performance with internal and external functions.
- Analyze revenue performance and growth, profit and loss reports, operating variances, revenue reports, and key performance indicators.
- Prepare accurate and timely statutory and management reports.
- Propose cost improvement initiatives to business units.
- Provide FP&A finance support related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics.
- Offer financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, acting as the analytical engine of the company for optimal business decision-making.

**Skills Required**:

- General knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
- Experience in developing financial reports and metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with various management levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to drive projects across an organization.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
