**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee accurate preparation of financial statements in line with global accounting standards.
- Lead the accounts team and ensure timely monthly financial book closures and reconciliations.
- Analyze revenue, costs, expenses, and capital expenditures to track key performance indicators.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Implement financial policies, internal controls, and process improvements.
- Manage daily accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll) for international entities.
- Collaborate with management and external stakeholders to ensure business transparency.
- Provide financial consulting and insights to support strategic decisions.

**Skills Required**:

- **CA Inter Qualified is must**:

- 5-10 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
