We’re looking for a **Content Writer & Strategist**who is not just a wordsmith but a creative thinker — someone who can write compelling narratives, craft strategic campaigns, and bring a bold voice to a fintech brand that dares to do things differently.

You’ll lead the content function across touchpoints — from web and social to campaigns, ads, and corporate and product decks. You’ll marry data with creativity, business goals with human emotion, and fintech with storytelling that actually lands.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Own the brand voice**and evolve it to be sharp, warm, confident, and intelligent
- Build and execute **content strategies**for product launches, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership
- Be the face of Touras for anything related to content and representation of the brand
- Also be involved in events, storytelling videos and also writing scripts for videos.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, founders, and product teams
- Lead **creative ideation**for integrated marketing campaigns, pitch decks, and ad scripts
- Analyze content performance to continually optimize for engagement and conversion
- Bring a deep understanding of content trends in fintech, tech, and digital storytelling
- Create compelling strategic decks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-5years of experience in content writing, storytelling, and strategy
- A **portfolio**that shows a range of tones, formats, and narratives (bonus if fintech
- related)
- Proven ability to **transform complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging**
- Passion for writing, advertising, branding, and creative ideation
- Experience working in or with high-growth startups, agencies, or fintech brands
- Understanding of SEO, content and video marketing, and audience behavior
- Self-driven, highly organized, and obsessed with the small things that make big impact
