**Job Description:

- **
- **Design Development**: Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely and effective execution of project plans.
- **Drafting and Modeling**: Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software tools.
- **Site Visits**: Participate in site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any on-site challenges.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, reports, and correspondence.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS-Office, Primavera

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in architecture, ideally within the real estate sector.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant field.
- **Professional Skills**: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with sustainable architectural practices
- Experience in mixed-use or high-rise projects

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
