**Brief Job Profile**:
**1. Preparing conceptual/ working drawings to assist Liasoning/ engineering team for project feasibility study and execution.**

**2. Design & drawing coordination between consultants, vendors and site supervisors.**

**3. Resolving design related issues at site.**

**4. Assisting execution team to ease out hindrances/ complications at site.**

**5. Preparing drawings for inhouse design developments.**

**3. A design person is required on site to take care of all design related issues with respect to engineering/ liasoning/ etc.**

**6. Regular site visits for site updates and review.**

**7. Scheduling coordination meetings between consultants**

**Justification for the requirement**:
**1. We require a full time Architect at Opulus site for all design coordination/ review/ execution team assistance for all 5 towers.**

**2. The site is starting full fledgely with work happening on all fronts. Thus coordination is key between consultants/ vendors based in and around Thane**

**3. A design person is required on site to take care of all design related issues with respect to engineering/ liasoning/ etc.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
