Job Title: Accounts Executive
**Department**: Finance and Accounts
**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and executing various accounting tasks and financial operations within the Chemical industry. This role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:
- Process and verify invoices for payments.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **General Ledger Maintenance**:
- Maintain and update the general ledger by posting journal entries.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and classified.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and report on any significant discrepancies.
- **Tax Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory documents.
- **Internal Controls and Audits**:
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations and report any variances.
- **Customer and Vendor Relations**:
- Liaise with customers and vendors to address billing and payment issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- **Financial Systems and Software**:
- Utilize accounting software and other financial systems for efficient processing and reporting.
- Recommend improvements to existing financial processes and systems.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the Chemical or manufacturing industry.
Job Description: Store Executive Chemical Manufacturing
**Position Overview**:
The Store Executive in a chemical manufacturing unit is responsible for managing the entire inventory and storage operations, ensuring efficient handling, proper documentation, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires a keen understanding of inventory management, chemical handling protocols, and a proactive approach to maintaining seamless operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished products, and other inventory items.
- Conduct periodic stock audits to reconcile physical and system inventory.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- **Store Operations**:
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of hazardous chemicals as per regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams for inventory planning.
- **Safety and Compliance**:
- Adhere to and enforce safety protocols for handling and storing chemicals.
- Ensure compliance with statutory norms like Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), labeling, and storage conditions.
- Regularly inspect storage facilities for adherence to safety and quality standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain and update inventory management systems.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.
- Handle documentation for goods received, goods issued, and inter-departmental transfers.
- **Vendor and Logistics Coordination**:
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials and spare parts.
- Liaise with logistics teams to ensure smooth transportation and dispatch of materials.
- **Team Supervision**:
- Lead and train store personnel in inventory management and safety practices.
- Assign tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields. A diploma or certification in chemical handling or warehousing will be an advantage.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
