**Job Title**: TGT Science (Classes 9 & 10)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Subject Teaching**:

- Teach Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to students in grades 9 and 10, following the curriculum.
- Use interactive and innovative teaching methods to explain scientific concepts.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, and teaching materials.
- Guide students on practical experiments and hands-on science activities in the lab.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct periodic assessments through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
- Evaluate and grade students' work to track their academic progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance for student improvement.
- **Curriculum Adherence**:

- Stay updated with the syllabus and curriculum guidelines (such as CBSE, ICSE, or state board).
- Incorporate the use of technology in teaching (smart boards, presentations, etc.).
- **Classroom Management**:

- Ensure discipline and engagement in the classroom.
- Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging inquiry, curiosity, and critical thinking.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with other teachers to ensure uniform teaching strategies.
- Attend department meetings and contribute to the improvement of the science curriculum.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide extra academic support to students who require additional assistance.
- Prepare students for board examinations by offering practice sessions and revision.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way.
- Use of modern educational tools and technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) and B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).
- Teaching experience at the secondary level is preferred.
- Familiarity with the curriculum and examination patterns.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
