**Job Title**: Support Executive **Department**: Tele Operations **Location**:Baner, Pune **Reports to**:Operations Manager **Job Summary** - The Assignment & Coordination Specialist is responsible for the effective assignment of medical studies to doctors and ensuring seamless coordination between doctors and clients. This role requires managing workflows, addressing client and doctor inquiries, and ensuring the timely completion of medical reports. A critical part of the job is to maintain high-quality standards and communication throughout the process, fostering a smooth and efficient workflow between internal teams, doctors, and clients. **Key Responsibilities** **Assignment of Studies**: - Allocate and assign medical studies (e.g., X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, etc.) to appropriate doctors based on their availability, expertise, and workload. - Monitor and track the progress of each assigned study, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). **Doctor Coordination**: - Maintain regular communication with doctors to ensure studies are reviewed and reports are completed within deadlines. - Handle queries or requests from doctors regarding studies, patient information, or other related details. - Ensure doctors have all necessary resources and information to accurately complete assigned studies. **Client Coordination**: - Act as the point of contact for clients (e.g., healthcare facilities, clinics) to manage study requests and address any questions or concerns. - Ensure clients are informed of study statuses, delays, or any other relevant updates. - Facilitate smooth communication between clients and doctors if needed to resolve complex queries. **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: - Work closely with internal teams such as Sales Team and Client to resolve issues and ensure smooth handoffs. - Support the continuous improvement of processes and contribute to developing best practices. **Qualifications and Skills**: **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree - Medical background or understanding of medical terminology is a plus. **Experience**: - 1+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or related roles. **Skills**: - **Good Communication**:Proficient in verbal and written communication to coordinate between doctors and clients. - **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and ensure adherence to deadlines. - **Problem-Solving**: Strong ability to identify and resolve issues that arise in the assignment or coordination process. - **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with task management or medical assignment systems (if applicable). - **Attention to Detail**: Ability to accurately track study progress and ensure all requirements are met. **Key Competencies** - **Customer-Centric Approach**: Ability to manage relationships with doctors and clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and responsiveness. - **Time Management**: Effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to timelines. - **Collaborative**: Strong team player who can work across departments and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - **Adaptability**: Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities, client needs, or doctor availability. **Additional Information** - **Work Environment**: The role is primarily office-based - **Working Hours**:This is a full-time position with 6 days working. - **Reports & amp; Supervision**:The role reports directly to the Operations Manager.
