We are seeking highly skilled and motivated **Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Lawyers** to join our legal team at **GOLDFINN TECHNOLOGIES**, a leading **IPR Attorney firm**. As an **IPR Lawyer**, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' intellectual property assets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide strategic legal advice on **Trademarks**, **Copyrights** and **Patents**.

2. Drafting **IPR Applications**, **Examination Report Replies**, **Oppositions** and **Cancellation** **Applications** and **Evidence** **Affidavits**.

3. Drafting **Cease & Desist Notices**, **Undertakings**, **Assignment Deeds** and other IPR related drafts.

4. Assisting Senior in **Trademark Litigation** Matters.

5. **Discussing** & **Advising** on Case with Clients.

6. Attending **Show-cause** & **Opposition** Hearings.

7. Draft and Review IPR related agreements.

8. Stay updated on Changes in IPR laws and industry trends and develop strategies for the client and the firm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
