**About the Role**

Registered Office Plan is one of the major products that 91springboard offers to our customers. This allows them to register their company at 91springboard’s hub addresses.

We are looking to hire someone who would **primarily **be responsible for ensuring the handling of customer queries and providing quick response and resolution to all queries/issues received from existing customers of the Registered Office Product. The person should have experience dealing with customers and providing satisfactory resolutions to the customers through various communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management: Keeping track of** all the daily RO operations activities related to the creation of agreements, signing of documents, raising invoices, maintaining the database, handling queries of members, and submitting daily reports on the operations activities.
- **Cross-functional coordination**:Coordinating with Internal Teams such as Finance, Legal, Hubs, etc to gather details and provide customer service delivery.

**Skills Required**:

- Execution skills - someone with a Get-Things-Done attitude.
- Strong experience in handling customers and resolving customer issues.
- Strong communication skills as this role require multi-stakeholder communications.
- Strong customer orientation, and prior customer-facing experience is required
- Ability to track and report data; use the data for deriving meaningful inferences
- Client Relationship Skills

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years
- Preferred: Prior experience in Operations Support / Customer Support / Customer Complaint Resolution

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Handling the operations activities of the Registered Office product and addressing the rejection queries received from the members.
