*Job Description:*
*Position Overview:*
As a B2B IT Sales Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic business development plans. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals within the IT sector.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Business Development Strategy:* Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales and expand market share in the B2B IT sector.
2. *Lead Generation:* Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
3. *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
4. *Proposal Development:* Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements and showcase the value proposition of our IT products and services.
5. *Sales Pipeline Management:* Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
6. *Negotiation and Closure:* Lead negotiation efforts to secure profitable contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
7. *Market Intelligence:* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
8. *Reporting and Analysis:* Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
