**JOB TITLE**: Junior Associate - Content Centre Services

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
AstraZeneca is a global, innovation-driven biopharmaceutical business that focuses on the discovery, development and commercialization of prescription medicines for some of the world's most serious diseases. The Science & Enabling Units IT is AZ’s global IT capability function supporting key business areas operating out of sites across the US, UK, Sweden, India & Mexico.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strong collaboration with brand teams, affiliate teams and other internal stakeholders
- Able to work on MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word.
- Able to manage reports as necessary
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques.
- Manage training schedule and ensure agency compliance through SABA based platform.
- Manage content updates - work with content owners/SMEs for upload of content/documentation updates and/or addition of new content documentation to AZ Essentials. Follow up with Digital Publishing Team to ensure updated or new documents are accurately uploaded on the site.

**MANDATORY SKILLS**:

- Good communication and articulation skills
- Excellent analytical skills and presentation especially with clear sense of working attitude
- Skills of preparing Process documentation and PowerPoint presentations.
- Lead the onboarding process for assigned affiliates
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Liaise with technical team to develop the new requests/features required as part of the project and ensuring it is in-line with the project timelines for the use

**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND**:

- 1 - 2 years of Experience
- Any Graduate - Any Specialization, preferably B.CA, Arts and Science
