- Understanding of waterproofing techniques, PCC composition/grade, and RCC works
Should have a good understanding of the chronological order of workflow in end-to-end interior execution.
Should be able to define following and preceding activities with accurate timelines on MSP.
Should understand labour allocation as per the desired output.
Ability to coordinate with architects/designers to understand the design drawings and suggest changes as per site challenges. Should understand MEP drawings, flooring layout, and floor plan of the project. Should be able to calculate quantities using AutoCAD and make an appropriate quotation. Knowledge of Vray, and Corona 3D Max will be an added advantage. Should have the capability of making shop drawings on AutoCADKey Role: - Co-ordinate & Oversee day-to-day execution of residential Interior work at the site as per desired quality in the stipulated time period.
- Qualification - Civil Engineer/ Architect preferably with Project Management Diploma /MBA from NICMAR, RICS, NMIMS or any other reputed institute.Employment Type
