**JD-TRAINER**

**About Company-**
- Identify training needs of client staff of Rapigrow business consultants & train them on various topics, products ,sales processes & technique.
- Would be require to prepare monthly training calendar & share with client & project manager for various trainings at client place.
- Would be responsible to document various trainings imparted at client place & report to change in schedule if any to Project manager & Rapigrow management.
- Would be responsible to travel to conduct trainings at various client offices across the territory.
- Would be responsible to evaluate training effectiveness by taking feedback & update client & Rapigrow management on day to day basis.

**Requirement**:
- Must have good understanding of training tools & techniques.
- Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience into training, preferably from Insurance, banking, SaaS or service industry.
- Should have knowledge of Ms office, excel, powerpoint.
- Should have good communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati.

**Office Timing**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
